Rental listings

Rental requirements:

• Background Check: All tenants must complete a background check. Background checks include credit, criminal, and eviction history.

• Income: All tenants must have their employment verified. All tenants combined must make 3x rent per month.

• Max Tenants per Room: All rooms have a maximum occupancy of one. Overnight guests are acceptable (less than 7 days each month).

• Deposit: All tenants will be required to pay a deposit no later than 30 days before the start of the lease.  If the lease starts within 30 days then the deposit is due immediately.
